Material and labour for Building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar upto 20mm average thickness including levelling profiling work rate including following all process with material :- (a) Surface preparation of existing concrete components including grinding/rubbing carefully by grinder without damaging the existing concrete and debris removed outside MD area. (b) Providing & applying rust cleaner to existing corroded reinforcement of approved make (c) Providing and applying two coat of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system to existing as well as new reinforcement (d) Priming cum bonding coat of two component peroxide resin confirms to ASTM-C-882-91 including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), shear key fixing with drilling and epoxy grout wherever required, Scaffolding at any height & mixing, laying, levelling and finishing including curing and work shall be execute as per manufacturer instruction and from authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All materials should be approved make such as Dr Fixit, Fosroc, Sika, Krishna conchem or equivalent.
