Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto five story made with 4" wooden member 1.5 m c/c horizontal and vertical direction joining with rassi, clamps, challies. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runner, connection of building if necessary with all essential safty features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of EI.The lavation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note : This item to be used for maintence work judicially

Add extra for mirror polishing on existing marble work/ Kota stone flooring work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Carriage of Material Building Rubbish Stone metal (Grit and ballast etc.) including loading and unloading with all lead.

Plugging of roof leakages in godowns of GI sheet roofby providing and fixing silicon sealing compound, self drilling/self tapping screws of 5.5 x 55 mm with EPDM seal including removing exisitng water proofing mateials, if necessary, including providing necessary safety measures for the labours to work at higher elevation, ropes etc insurance coverage for labourers and required tools and plants, scaffolding etc complete greasing of turbo ventilators as per the directions of Engineer in charge. To be carried out without any delay and within 2 days from the date of receipt of notice to attend the work, throught the contract period. (Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godown).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (DSR 10.25) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (DSR 10.25.2)
