75.5.5.A.1pb:Modified Penetration Macadam 50 mm thick using Bitumen S-65 - Packed Bitumen Rates Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506.

Chest Cum Seated Puller (i). DIMENSIONS : 2000mm(L)x710mm(W)x2200mm(H). (ii). SAFE AREA : 3Mtr x 1.7Mtr. (iii). Chest press cum seated puller equipment made from ''B'' Class G.I pipe of different NB, NB stands for Nominal Bore Sizes i.e. Internal Diameter of pipe in millimeters (iv). The Center pipe is of 100mm NB made from ''B'' Class G.I Round Pipe. (v). The bottom welded with support of MS round plate of Dia 250mm and 10mm thickness. (vi). The connecting pipe are made up from 25NB "B" Class G.I. pipe. (vii). The handle frame is made up from 32NB made from "B" Class G.I pipe. (viii). The build structure bushes are used which are made from seamless pipe of 50mm OD and thickness as well as 50mm diameter soild bar is used. (ix). The foundation used for fixing is a structureand made from center pipe of G.I of 80 NB "B"class, Welded with M.S Round Plate of size Dia 250mm and 10mm Thickness. Main pipe supported with 25mm x 25mm M.S anglesof 3mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRCA square pipe of 3mm thickness. (x). The seats and back rest are fitted on outer frames are made up of MS Sheet of size 330mm x 300mm x 2mm thickness and deep drawn and pressed in tools and dies to have uniform raduis of 20mm with no sharp edges. (xi). Foundation cover Closing Cap is made from Injection Moulded Plastic LLDPE/HDPE.. (xii). Closing Caps are made up of Injection Moulded Plastic LLDPE/HDPE. (xiii). The Pins used are made up Dia 25mm SAE 8620 bright material. (xiv). The bearing used are of "6205zz" & "6203zz" permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand. (xv). High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts are used for assembly. (xvi). The cerclips used for locking is made up of A24 & A16. (xvii). The powder coating is done by pure Polyester powder of Berger Piant with 60 to 70 micron thickness. (xviii).Installtion including with civil work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (with bamboo) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia Bamboo 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical bamboo joining with Coconut Rassi, challies, Bamboo staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
