Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at\ junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

R.C.C. work M-25 in grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days using 12mm. & down grade hard granite C.B. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including watering, lowering laying concrete, compacting with vibrators, curing for 28 days with smooth etc. complete. 250 MT capacity Hiring of machinery for minor miscellaneous works for short duration including operator/driver, fuel, lubricants and consumable. The contractor shall arrange all statutory permits as required by rules and regulations prevailing in the area of work. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.
