Civil & Plumbing works for Construction of Model AYUSH OPD Building in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal during the year of 2025-26 at SAD Kamarpukur RH. (refer detailed BOQ 1-A)

mp. Note - a) The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. b) The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. c) The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. d) The minimum amount of bill to be paid shall be Rs. 7.00 lakhs. e) A land for the construction of contractor shade in RRCAT premises shall be provided for material storage and contractor has to make arrangement for temporary shade at the alloted space for the shade & same must be removed after the completion of the work at their own cost. If contractor is allow to use departmental constructed space, same shall be charge @ 500/- per Sqm per month and contractor has to handover the same in good condition after the storage use.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :-Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. (ii)Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. (iii)Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. (iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. (v)Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. (vi)Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

OD289177/2025-2026:Providing and laying in position weigh batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. All work above plinth level upto floor V level
