Construction of Vishwakarma Community Building in Ward No 12 of Gubbi Town Panchayath Limits.

Supplying all labour T&P and constructing soakway pit of the following sizes with dry brick walling from bottom upto invert of inlet pipe and 1st class KB brick work in cm(1:6)for the remaining height at top,12mm thick CP(1:4)inside and outside over masonary brick work gravel packing in the rear of well steining RCC cover slab in cc(1:1.5:3)using 12mm size hg chips fitted handles including e.w. in openwell excavation in all kinds of soil and refilling the cavity around the pit & painting the iron work,watering,curing,conveyance of all meterails to work site, payment of royality,taxes etc. all complete as per approved drawing specification and direction of E.I.C.

Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B. The rate inluding cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, Contractor profit & Over head charges but excluding seigniorage charges and GST (APSS 308)

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m ...
