Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

Providing, erecting, fitting & fixing at all elevations incl. curved surfaces in existing roofing system ,edge flashing made up of 0.55 mm colour coated zincalume steel sheets of 400 mm width. The work will incl. cost of all labour, equip., hot-dipped zinc coated hexagonal head self drilling fasteners with EPDM/neoprene washers & consumable & screws etc at all heights. The work is to be carried out as per existing condition including all heights and direction of E-in-C . The flashing sheet to be of high tensile zincalume steel, (550 mpa) havng a total; zinc aliuminum coating total of both sides as per AS:1397-1993) and finished with coating of SMP/Super Polyster colour bond XRW quality apint as per AS/NZS-2728:1997(category-3) of approved colour & 20 microns thick on exposed surface over a primer coat of 5 microns, & 5 microns thick on back surface over a primer coat of 5 microns. The fixing of flashingl on horizontal runner(purlins & z-purlins) should be with hot-dipped zinc coated hexagonal head self drilling fasteners with EPDM/neoprene washer on theflashing sheets. The work shall also inlcude providing, erecting, fitting & fixing of all fasteners, flashing , capping for all edges caps corners etc. made out of 0.55 mm colour coated zincalume steel sheet of same specifications as above (the work is to be carried out in existing roofing sysytem & involves only flashing work .The above fixing arrangement shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer -in -charge as per the site condition whichever fixing arangement is required .No addition /deduction shall be carried for fixing items (Manufacture test certificate to be provided for above specifications)
