Note: 1. The financial evaluation shall be based on the total of Financial Proposal (sum of i, ii and iii) for the Cost of Consultancy including GST. 2. The aforesaid Cost of Consultancy, payable to the Consultant in accordance with the Financial Proposal, shall cover all the costs, fees and expenses related to the provision services pursuant to the Consultancy. No additional fees/charges in respect thereof shall be due or payable except for in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. 3. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian withholding taxes if any. 4. The consultancy fee shall be determined by applying the quoted lump sum rate per kilometre to the total length (in kilometres) of transit corridors for which the Alternative Analysis Report (AAR) and Detailed Project Report (DPR) are finalized and approved, in accordance with the provisions of the RFP and the Agreement.
