Providing & fixing of 3-track x 2-panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC(Matching to RAL-9016) sections and with minimum TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) at 6PHR with TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) and lead free, gaskets -grey colour having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profile through-out the window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 108mm width x 45mmheight with reinforcement of 1mm thickness and Sash with overall size of 39mm x 75mm with GI reinforcement of 2mm and mesh sash of size 37mm x 58mm. Coextruded Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 20mm x 24 mm. Windows shall be provided with 6mm plain float glass, standard hardware& Multi point locking system with touch lock. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 2mm-2.5mm. Maximum possible size – 2419mm x 2200mm. (The cost is inclusive of all fixtures and separate charges for minor T&P's shall not be made)

S&F rain water drainage pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, 110mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP Modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.00 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer @ 0.3 litres per Sqm, and a bonding bitumen of VG-10 at 1.20 kg/Sqm torching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per Manufactures instructions and finally finished with a coat of bit mastic aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/Sqm over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. The Over lap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage complete all as specified and directed . Note: The work shall be carried out by the authorized applicators of Manufacturers and necessary certificate shall be submitted by the contractor.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door upto 2.00 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality including 4.8mm thick tinted glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
