Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing in position semi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels, including: 1. Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised / Aluminium alloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimentional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steel framework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts, nylon seperator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. of stainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers. 2. Providing and filling, two part pump filled, structural silicone sealant and one part weather silicone sealant compatible with the structural silicone sealant of required bite size in a clean and controlled factory / work shop environment, including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass. 3. Providing and fixing in position flashings of solid aluminium sheet 1 mm thick and of sizes, shapes and profiles, as required as per the site conditions, to seal the gap between the building structure and all its interfaces with curtain glazing to make it watertight. 4. Making provision for drainage of moisture/ water that enters the curtain glazing system to make it watertight, by incorporating principles of pressure equalization, providing suitable gutter profiles at bottom (if required), making necessary holes of required sizes and of required numbers etc. complete. This item includes cost of all inputs of designing, labour for fabricating and installation of aluminium grid, installation of glazed units, T&P, scaffolding and other incidental charges including wastages etc., enabling temporary structures and services, cranes or cradles etc. as described above and as specified.

SH : XI : DRAINAGE Construction of cement concrete drain 30 cm wide and 23 cm deep in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 hard graded stone chips/shingle 40 mm and down gauge) 8 cm thick on sides and bottom and plastering on all exposed surfaces with 12 mm thick cement mortar1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including shuttering complete.

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (110mm x 58mm), sliding sash (85mm x 42mm), sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter)(45 mm x 45mm), glazing bead (16mm x 24 mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 ±0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm) 2nos, sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100m long fastener. Hardware (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories, Arrangement of glass :-Two layers of 5mm thick toughen glass,gap between two glasses is 8 to 10 mm and gap is filled by Argon gas by using proper sealing compond ,total thickness of sandwich is 20 mm, All other necessary arrangement/items for making window sound proof included in this item . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The area not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each fixed from ground floor to height of 2nd floors. )

Providing, supplying & fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilator made out of multi chambered UPVC sections with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 60 x 55 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and Mullion with overall size of 74 x 60 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness. Ventilator shall be provided with 4.5 mm Pin Head glass, standard hardware. Wall thickness of frame & Mullion shall be 2.0 mm.
