Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing, supplying & fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilator made out of multi chambered UPVC sections with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 60 x 55 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and Mullion with overall size of 74 x 60 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness. Ventilator shall be provided with 4.5 mm Pin Head glass, standard hardware. Wall thickness of frame & Mullion shall be 2.0 mm.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+/- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm), sliding mesh sash (42mm x 57mm) sliding interlock (one vertical leength in each shutters)(45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) wil be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, inluding drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fiixing hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2 +/- 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 2Nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100 long fasteners. Hardware: ( Touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and required acecessories.) (Note: The unit rate quaoted by contractor includes cost of 5.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and all other connected accessories. Net openeing will be measured for payment purpose.) (A) Area exceeding 2.00 sqm each

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and UPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) Note: - For UPVC frame, sash and mullion extruede profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 9.197.2 Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm).
