Prviding and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, uPVC extruded glazing beads, interlocks and Inline sash adaptor (where ever required) of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, comprising of matching polyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frame to finished wall as per IS 1367 : Part 1 to 14, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame, sash & mullion (if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly sealed at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality, all complete as per approved drawing conforming to CPWD specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Section of steel reinforcement and cross sections of uPVC profiles to be as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 shall be paid separately. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided by the manufacturer for : (i) Sites with basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 – Part 3 (ii) Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R3 series with frame (98mm & above) x (40mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (30mm & above) x (55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every glazed panel along with multi-point locking system. (Height upto 1.8m).

Supply and fixed in repairs HDPE DWC pipe 200mm dia, class SN-8 & thickness of pipe as specified in IS 16098 (Part-2):2013, clause 6.3.1 table no 5 structured wall polythelene piping system (pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non smooth external anular corrugated and smooth internal surface (double wall) for non pressure underground sewerage & drainage application polythylene piping fitted with help of coupler attached with one end of pipes, sliding over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring placed on the specified valley of the corrugation at the spigot end, lowering the same into the trench, laying at prescribed gradient, depth and alignment, testing the water tightness of the joint, ensuring the continuity tests of the specified pipe segments etc including all necessary fittings (cost of fittings, rubber rings, gaskets etc included) complete all as specified and directed.

Attnding complaints of External Water Supply Distributuon System such as no water supply, faults, problems, malfunction of sluice valves , float valves, non-return valves, stop valves, gate valves, butterfly valves at various pump houses and installations and rectfying the defects and restoring water supply within 3 hours Note : 1. If any complaint shall not be attending within same day or till 12hrs than contractor shall be laible to recovery of Rs. 2000/- per complaint per day. 2. The contractor shall depute required Technical staff and supervisors for the works who shall remain present for discharging their duties at MES Service Centre from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on all days iexcluding Sundays and Closed Holidays. Only supervisor shall be present at service centre alongwith staff to attend the emergent nature of complaint and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3. Service centre will operate in full from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (General Shift) on all days including Sundays and National Holidays. Additional arrangements shall be made for registration and attending emergent complaints related to electricity, Sewerage & plumbing etc from 5:00 P.M to 9:00 AM on all days including Sundays & National Holidays & supervisor alongwith request No of tradesman to carryout emergent nature of complaints. 4. The contractor shall also be responsible to use computerized complaints receiving and monitoring system and login to MES E-complaint (Web based application) before 09.30 hours daily. The contractor will have to arrange and maintain telephones, computers along with peripherals and broadband Internet connections to operate MES E-complaint. The contractor shall also pay all the bills/running cost of computer and its connection(s)available at the service centre which can be used by the contractor if he so desires however bill will have to be paid by the contractor.
