esign, Engineering, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of a 125,000 Litres per Day (125 KLPD) capacity Skid Mounted, Compact Modular Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The job includes the fabrication of a multi-stage MS treatment train (6 mm thick plates with stiffeners, internal FRP lining, and external Epoxy coating) comprising a Primary Aeration Chamber (40 KL), Secondary Aeration Chamber (35 KL), Tube Settler Clarifier (25 KL) with media, Prefilter Sump (10 KL), and Sludge Holding Tank (10 KL). The scope encompasses the supply and installation of all electro-mechanical equipment in a 1 Working + 1 Standby (1W+1S) configuration, including Twin Lobe Blowers (150 m³/hr, 5 HP) , Sewage Transfer Pumps (2 HP) , Secondary Transfer Pumps (2 HP) , and Sludge Recirculation Pumps (2 HP). The job further includes a comprehensive Automatic Electrical Control Panel with level control logic, auto-changeover, and motor protection (MCCB/Overload) , along with an Electromagnetic Water Flow Meter , Multimedia Filter (MMF), and Activated Carbon Filter (ACF). Includes all internal interconnecting piping, valves, instrumentation, trial runs, and operator training. (Excluding Civil RCC works, main power cabling to panel, and freight) .

Cleaning of chocked /blocked sewage lines of any bore pipe by rodding /mechanically taking out loose sedimented sand dirt, oil and grease, sludge water, rags, fibers or vegetation etc from any depth of sewage lines including removal of sludge/debris/building materials to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and buried under ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All T&P if required are deemed to be included in the item rate.
