Disconnecting of old earthing and replacement with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, type tested, floor mounted, IP 65 grade, outdoor type LT cubical panel, double door type made out of 3mm thick CRCA MS sheet outer body and 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet inner body duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032 all as per IEC 609413-1&2, dust and vermin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, incld. aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing MCCBs connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. The panel should be fully compartmentalised for each control gear having back side of panel openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation Panel should be mounted on base frame made out of angle iron 40x40x6MM duly grouted to PCC floor complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC floor) shall be covered with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The panel should have following accessories fitted in :- Noted:- 1. LT panels/ feeders pillar boxes are designed as per latest IS Specification, 2. All type test certificate and design verification with switchgear (ACB & MCCB) as per IS/IEC : 61439-1"2011 & IS/IEC :61439-2:2011.
