Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable mono block centrifugal pump set by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to civil workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the stator and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding , varnishing and heating the motor with as per existing size of new super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating by using class ‘B’ insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site, reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and as directed upto 5 HP capacity :-
