Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required.

M&L for maint free safe earthing system burnished copper earthing electrolyte grade 5 centimeter dia closed with 5 centimeter electrolyte plate set of four separate electrode to be used as grid earthing each pit complete with 01 Number approved/CPRI tested copper bonded (copper cladded earth rod with C microns of copper cladding) earth rod with 1.7 centimeter mm dia 3.0 centimmetr long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3500 mm deep blow ground level or L shape in case of Rocky condition (2 ft deep and 8 ft horizontol) with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mm x 25mmx6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mm x 3mm and further connected to test point terminal block alongwith the protection pipe of size 25mm bore med grade all as directed. each earth pit shall include minimum 50kg (two bags of 25kg each) NABL lab Certified back fill compound and 6 kg (two container of 3kg Each) NABL Lab Certified conductive gel compound for filling bore holes with mother soil mixed in 1:3 ratio (one part of back fill compound and three part of mother soil), so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohm including exacavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of poly pit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid separately (b) Contractor shall give guarantee of minimum 5 yrs for the earting carried out by him. (c) The rate quoted is inclusive of test point made of phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long brass nuts and bolts complete all as directed. (d) Any other fittings /fixtures if technically required for archieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (e) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance i.e below 1 Ohm is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost of department.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth electrode connected connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 incl PCC earth pit with CI frame and RCC cover including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
