Providing Internal Electrification Works in Administrative building Gomati Hostel Baramura Hostel and Forest Rest Gym alongwith outdoor lighting fixtures in the Tripura Forest Training Division Hatipara Gandhigram under ELEMENT Project
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor-mounted indoor-type partially type-tested panel (IP 43) (manufactured by a CPRI-approved electrical panel manufacturer) of the following specifications. ENCLOSURE: The enclosure should be fabricated from CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) sheet steel, with hinged doors provided at both the front and rear. Cable entry and outgoing connections shall be from the bottom/Top through a gland plate. The enclosure body, doors, and other parts shall be made from 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheets, while the gland plate shall be 3.0 mm thick. The entire enclosure shall be subjected to a seven-tank pre-treatment process and finished with a minimum 60-micron thick powder coating of light grey color, shade RAL 7032 (simens Grey). AMF CONTROLLER:- The system shall operate on 24V DC power and include Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) functions. It shall have CAN bus and serial communication facilities. The device shall provide protection as per ANSI codes: 27P (under voltage), 59 (over voltage), 81U (under frequency), 81O (over frequency), 50TD (time delay overcurrent), 32F (forward power), 32R (reverse power), 14 (under speed), 12 (over speed), and 51 (inverse time overcurrent) . BREAKER DETAILS:- Four (04) numbers of ACB incomers (two for feeders, one for DG and one for outgoing ) shall be provided, each rated at 200A, 4-pole, with a breaking capacity of 50kA (Icu = Ics = Icw for 1 second). All ACBs shall be of EDO (Electrical Draw-Out) type and equipped with a microprocessor-based protection release. Including , three (03) numbers of undervoltage (UV) coils rated at 415V AC & 200A,TPN Motorised changeover. (L&T/SOCOMEC) METERING & INDICATIONS:- The metering and indication system shall include four (04)no. multifunction meters capable of measuring voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kilowatt, kilovolt-ampere, energy in KWh (old), on and run hours, with site-selectable kWh/kVAh display, accuracy class 0.5, auxiliary supply of 80–300V AC/DC, LED display, and RS-485 communication port. One (01) VAF meter shall be provided for measuring voltage, current, frequency, and power factor, with class 0.5 accuracy, auxiliary supply of 80–300V AC/DC, and 96x96 mm LED display. One (01) DC analog voltmeter of range 0–30V DC (MI type) and one (01) DC analog ammeter of range 0–30A DC (MI type) shall be provided. Indication lamps shall be provided as follows: four (04) red, four (04) yellow, and four (04) blue lamps operating at 230V AC; one (01) red and one (01) green lamp operating at 230V AC; four (04) red, four (04) green, four (04) amber, and one (01) white lamp operating at 24V DC. All indication lamps shall be of cluster LED type of 22.5mm dia. CT DETAILS:-Three (03 nos. of Current Transformers (CTs) shall be provided, each having a rating of 200A/5A, 10VA, accuracy class . BATTERY CHARGER:- One(01) no. of battery charger shall be provided of CCCV type. ( Lauritz Knudsen /ABB/ Legrand/Siemens/MICROPOWER/NHP). BUS BAR DETAILS:- Two (02) sets of incomer power busbars, one (01) set of outgoing power busbar, and one (01) set of common power busbar i/c one (01) set of Earthing busbar shall be provided. Each busbar shall be rated at 200A, TPN, and made of EC-grade aluminium, designed considering a current density of 1.0A/sq.mm. The busbar system shall include colour-coded heat shrink sleeves and suitable insulators for proper phase identification, insulation, and safety. CONTROL CIRCUIT ACCESSORIES:- The control circuit accessories shall consist of push button actuators (green, red, and emergency type), TNC switches, contact block modules (NO and NC), control relays with relay bases, selector switches,MCB as suitable for above installation

Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, porcelain insulator,PCC earth Pit, RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
