Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate in pit, 50 mm thick reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate cover duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, CI cover with CI frame hinges, galvanised iron funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, complete.
