Providing and fixing of power plug point with non modular accessories as per PWD specification for electrical Works with Galvanized box of 1.2 mm thick with earth terminal with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995) cover including cost of 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 3/6 pin 16 amp. socket outlet making connection , testing , etc. as required. . For specification of Wiring accessories refer Chapter E - 07 related item & For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR (7.36)

M&L for repair of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia of minimum 15m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR PART-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including provision of earthing lead protection pipe, PCC earth pit with cover, excavation & earth work, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level , con-nected to and including galvanized steel wire 4mm dia as earth lead soldered and riveted to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel with connected to test point and testing on completion including 15mm GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection from earth point to earth plate, including provn adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with 35 % common salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate with 20mm bore medium grade GI Pipe for watering,GI check nut, funnel and wire mesh with and including all necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre,,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth pit, 40 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 and as directed. Notes:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor complete all as specified and directed.

[Water must be poured in bore before starting earthing. Earthing value must be measured

Painting of the electric pole with 2 coats of aluminium paint over red oxide primer complete in all respect.(S.I.No-634 PWD Schedule – 2018)
