Annual Maintenance Contract of Entire Internal and External Electrical Installation work like total distribution point wiring from panel upto each point incl. light, fan fittings and all accessories and also Compound illumination, indoor Sub-station comprising oil/ dry type Transformer, HT Gear & other accessories, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar Box, different cables etc. at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering Collage, Jalpaiguri and in the Premises of Jalpaiguri Government Engineering Collage, Jalpaiguri for Round the clock including Saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays by deputing required number of Skilled Electrician, Semi-Skilled Electrician & Unskilled Helper in different shifts per day as detailed given below- NOTE: 1. Licensed Electrical Supervisor (National or equivalent) should inspect all sites twice in a month and as and when required and directed by EIC. Multiple Logbook for multiple parameters should be recorded daily. All faults should be attended and rectified immediately. Failure of compliance of any condition or irregular supervisor presence will results penal action. 2. Different Electrical Maintenance Equipment such as – PVC tape, tools and tackles, wooden Gutkha, Fust nut, different type and size screw / nut/ bolts, fuse wire, greese, connector etc., different types of measuring instrument like Tong Tester, Multimeter, 1000v Megger, Infrared Thermometer etc. and different types of Register, Log Book and Dress for Workman as per requirement must be supply by the Agency itself as per direction of EIC. Trams & Conditions follows:-

1 Experience certificate of last 07 years(For Electrical Works) Experience of having successfully completed similar nature of Works (Electrical work) within India during last 7 years ending last month of publication of advertisement (NIT) should be the following: (i) 03 (three) Similar nature of Works (Electrical work) each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. OR (ii) 02 (two) Similar nature of Works( Electrical work) each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. OR (iii) 01 (one) Similar nature of Work (Electrical work) costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. (Job completion certificate from competent authority will be acceptable) (SPECIFY DETAILS i.e. ORGANISATION NAME, C.A.NO, COMPLETION COST, COMPLETION DATE). Note:-1. For arriving at cost of similar work, the value of work executed shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of seven percent (7%) per annum or fraction thereof, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening 2. If the similar work furnished is from Private Organization, the same shall be supported with TDS and GST remittance pertaining to the similar works certified by chartered accountant. SELECT
