Design, Fabrication, Providing and Erection of the pump room (size 10 ft x 10 ft x 10 ft ) made of Structural Steel (Columns – 80x80x3 mm with M.S. plates of required size and rest all of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm) closed from all sides by CGI sheets. The room shall have a CGI door of standard size with handle and lock and cement concrete flooring of 1:2:4 ratio. Job also includes electrification of the pump room by way of Providing and fitting of Main MCB/MCCB- 63 A, 20 w tube lights 2 nos, fan- 1 no. and 1 no. flood light suitable for outside installation. P/Laying of cables of requisite capacities and lengths. Complete job includes cost on account of material, excavation, plinth work, filling of cement concrete of 1:2:4 ratio, flooring, primer coating of structural steel, required tool-tackles, including any other item as required for satisfactory completion of job and all taxes.
