Plan cement Concrete of grade M15 Nominal Mix 1:2:4 using 40mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site but excluding cost and fabrication of steel and including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths, tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications per clause 1000, 1500, 1700, 2100 & 704 of MORT & H Specification (Fifth Revision) For Base Course for shoulder concrete

Repair to 20000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Dibber by way of disconnecting electrical connections of pumping unit, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from foundation, opening side covers of motor and shifting the same to workshop . Dismantling of pump, extraction of damaged tie rods, shaft, impellers, bearings and diffuser etc. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new pump shaft as per sample. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller 02 nos., fabrication /fitting of neck rings 2 nos., diffusers 1no., shaft protection sleeve 2nos. with check nut 2nos. Job further includes repairs to motor covers by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of bearing house alongwith side cover plate. Assembling the pump and shifting the side covers to site. Installing the pumping unit on foundation frame. Complete job includes Testing the pump set on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate on old parts, if any, should be quoted separately.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 Grade corresponding to IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including , sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content @ 380Kgs/Cum from standard suppliers approved by the department including centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete for For column footings

Fabrication of GI Structure for erection of 132 KV New Breaker in Old Foundation including supply of petty materials.

SUPPLYING AND & fabrication of steel girder spans as per the MT approved drawings for ROB/Foot over bridge main girder with contractor's own mild steel confirming to IS 2062 GRADE 250/350 B with all welds, rivets, nuts bolts etc with contracor's own materials,fabrication,machinery,templates,fixtures,equipments,tools and plants transportations, skilled/unskilled labour, excise duty. Octroi, sales tax and other taxes, all testing charges, all leadss lifts, descent, loading, unloading. crossing one or more Railway track if required etc. complete and as per technical specifications. The rate is inclusive of transporation of fabricated girder parts to site by contractor's own means at his cost. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before their assembly. The structural steel to be used should be manufactured by SAIL/RINL/TISCO/ESSAR/JINDAL only. Work has to be done as per drawings and specifications approved by Railway. High quality superior brand of paint should only be used for painting prior approval for superior brand/make of the paint.
