Supply & Fabrication of Fire Foam Tender including chassis of reputed companies such as ASHOK LEYLAND, TATA Motors Ltd., BHARAT BENZ etc complete in all respects conforming to the requirement of Minimum vehicle load as 13850 kg. on Cabin Chassis with Minimum Engine Power output as 123 HP BS VI Phase-2 (OBD-II) RDE (Real Driving Emission) Standard Compliant Engine and fabrication of Fire Foam Tender body on this chassis fitted with Mild Steel tank having capacity of 4500 litre for water and 500 litre for foam respectively. Normal and high pressure centrifugal pump CE and UL Certified capable of discharging at least 2000 LPM at 10 kg per cm2 at normal pressure and 300 LPM at 40 kg per cm2 high pressure with all other fitments equipment and accessories as per tender specification for chassis and fabrication as per enclosed technical specification complete including all taxes F O R at Bhiwadi, complete Fire Foam Tender with chassis and fabricated body including testing transporting and Insurance etc. The rate should be quoted including all applicable taxes, octroi transportation charges handling loading unloading etc. F O R at RIICO Concerned Unit Office/Industrial Area. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical motor driven horizontal split casing casing (HSC) type two stage pump sets suitable for the mentioned components, capacities and specificton. The pump shall be coupled with existing 75 HP motor with suitable coupling and other accessories to make the complete pump-motor set functional as per site requirement including carriage to workshop and back. this includes common base plate, flexible coupling with gaurd and all neccessary allied materials and miscellanious works for interfacing with existing infrastucture/pipe line, transportation of all equipment to the site and alignment of the pumpset on the foundation etc. as per required- a) Pump:- 138 m3/hr capacitiy at head of 84 meter ,1450 RPM capacity horizontal split casing type two stage pump having CI casing, Bronze impeller, , shaft of En-8 & gland packing etc as required. ( Efficiency not less than 70 % at duty point) b) Base Plate:- Fabrication from suitable structural M.S. channel as per manufacturer's/JNU Engineer's recommendations for mounting common pump-motor set there on duly finished and painted with synthetic enamelled paint, Nut & bolts etc. for complete motor & pump set. c) Foundation:- Suitable R.C.C. pump foundation as per manufacturer's design with foundation bolt (Min. 06 Nos. of J-Bolt M-16, min. length 250mm) of approved design duly finished and cement plaster. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc. as required. concrete ratio should be 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) d) Priming Arrangement:- Priming Arrangement with suitable size of GI pipe, Union, Socket, elbow etc. complete as required from discharge line to pump casing as per direction of Engineer - in- charge including dismentalling of old existing GI pipes, valves, foundation etc complete as required. e) providing & fitting of suitable range of Pressure gauge. FABRICATION, ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/s STRUCTURE (A) BUS BAR GANTRY Fabrication, erection, & grouting of Bus bar gantry using rail pole and channel as per norms.(B) Fabrication of bus isolator structure as per norms. Digging of two nos. pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit ) including supply of all materials complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting , raising and erecting the two legs with runner in proper allignment, and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.(C) Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/CT structure as per norms Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil material complete in all respect.(D) Fabrication of Post structure as per norms.
