Supply, fabrication and installation of MS supporting structures as per clause No. 02 of technical specification.

BLD-CSTN-3-13-(30)-C ; RCC M- 25 design mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site , excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Lightening Arrestor/ Post Insulator Structure Fabrication of 1 No Lightening Arrestor structure & 1 set of Post Insulator structure per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr X 0.9 Mtr x 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with Top frame above structure's in proper allingment level and plumb. Plinths of all the structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.(All the material will be supplied by the Contractor except steel)

FABRICATION, ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/s STRUCTURE:(A) BUS BAR GANTRY: Fabrication, erection, & grouting of Bus bar gantry using rail pole and channel as per norms:(B) Fabrication of bus isolator structure as per norms.Digging of two nos. pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit ) including supply of all materials complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting , raising and erecting the two legs with runner in proper allignment, and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.(C) Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/CT structure as per norms Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil material complete in all respect.(D) Fabrication of Post structure as per norms. Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit ) including supply of all civil material complete in all respect.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for Side Wall upto 2.0m

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
