Fabrication : Structural Steel (General) including CGS Gate with V Track Rail (MS). Structural Fabrication Works - Supplying, Fabricating, Erecting & Fixing in position structural steel items viz. structure, trench covers, dispenser frames, cascade structure, pipe support, valve support, hand railing, ladder, staircase, clamps, brackets and all miscellaneous steel works as detailed and as directed by EIC at all levels using MS angles, beams, channels, tees, plates, pipes, rounds, squares, flats including hard wares like hinges, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. of various sizes and other structural steel sections conforming to IS 2062 including straightening, cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape, bolting, fixing in position, welding to other MS structure item or insert plate embedded in wall/concrete at site and finished the surface neat after grouting. Rate shall include for painting with two coats 50 micron DFT for Each Coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of 50 micron DFT for Zinc chromate primer, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer In charge. Material shall be of TATA/VIZAG/SAIL/ESSAR or other equivalent make only. Actual/Net quantities measured shall be paid. Weight of washers, nuts & bolts shall not be paid extra. Note : 1. Welding rods of Adani or Ador make only to be used. 2. ISI marked E-7018 to be used for welding on beam or truss part and 6013 for rest or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3. Welding rod to be preheated to 60 degrees centigrade before usage. 4. If fabrication work is done at site then contractor will have to bear the electricity consumption charges.

Supplying, fitting and placing of HYSD bars Fe-500 ( From Primary producers ,Like TATA,SAIL,VSP, JWS & Shyam steel Etc.,) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 &2200 (5th revision) in sub-structure.

300 NB MS Bend fabrication & replacement

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and windows with one coat of red oxide with primer including all coats such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc.., complete as per standard specifications.

Cage fencing of 100/250/400 KVA Plinth mounted transformer in Town areas to avoid electrical human/cattle accidents by fabrication of cage (1 Inch Sq wire mesh) made of 10 No gauge in suitable size angle iron frame of size 7.5'(L)x5'(W)x8'(H) by strengthening of wire mesh 20x3 mm M.S. flat horizontally as well as vertically, Grouting the panel with 1:2:4 cement/coorse send/brick ballast. The Frame should be bolted on angles at the four corners so that frame may be un-bolted/bolted at the time of replacement of the transformer. Provision of 1 gate should be there for maintenance of the transformer. Painting (1 coat of red oxide + 2 coat of Bus green enamel paint. The wire mesh should be earthed with 50x6 MS earthing strip with existing earthing of Transformer Body. All manpower, material and T&P provided by the contractor to complete the fabrication. transportation and installation.
