Scope of work:- 1. To remove the damaged plates and lead to the scrap yard after weighment. 2. Fabrication & erection of new Hopper plates and fixing the angles on both side for reaper fixing and duct plates with necessary stiffeners as per existing and Asst. Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer instruction. 3. After erection, proper support to be provided. 4. Approximate weight of the above work is 3.300 M.T. .

Design drawing fabrication supply, erection, testing and commissioning of vertical lift sliding type gate with frame consisting of skin plate, sealing frame, stiffners, horizontal and vertical girders, guide, stainless steel flat / brass flat, rivets, wedges, lifting rods etc with all accessories as per relevant IS code including frame and gate complete set for canal cross, escape, head regulator/tank head regulator including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, seal fixing, tools and tackles etc.

Machine mixed and vibrated design mix concrete M30 for pavement works for durability consideration with necessary reinforcement using 0.425 cu.m of 19mm to 22mm HBG crushed metal 0.425 cu.m of 12mm to 14mm IRC HBG crushed metal, 0.406 cu.m of sand of any approved quarry and cement 415 Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.38 (158 lit/cu.m of C.C) well compacted including centering with steel or wooden frames, preferably steel frames in straight position casting, curing cost and conveyance of all materials including centering charges, form work etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and binding wire, fabrication charges etc., complete as directed during execution and neat finishing of top surface and also providing expansion joints, construction joints wherever found necessary excluding cost of asphalt pad etc., complete.

FABRICATION, ERECTION & GROUTING OF S/s STRUCTURE (A) BUS BAR GANTRY Fabrication, erection, & grouting of Bus bar gantry using rail pole and channel as per norms(A) Fabrication of bus isolator structure as per norms.Digging of two nos. pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit ) including supply of all materials complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting , raising and erecting the two legs with runner in proper allignment, and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.(B) Fabrication of Lightening Arrestor/CT structure as per norms Digging of two Nos pits providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all civil material complete in all respect.(C) Fabrication of Post structure as per norms. SUPPLY AND PLACING OF THE DESIGN MIX CONCRETE OF M-25 GRADE CORRESPONDING TO IS 456 USING WEIGH BATCHER/MIXER WITH 20MM SIZE GRADED MACHINE CRUSHED HARD GRANITE METAL FROM APPROVED QUARRY INCLUDING COST AND CONVEYANCE OF ALL MATERIALS TO SITE, ALL OPERATIONAL, INCIDENTAL AND LABOUR CHARGES SUCH AS WEIGH BATCHING, MACHINE MIXING, LIFTING (MANUAL), LAYING CONCRETE, VIBRATING, CURING ETC., COMPLETE WITH MINIMUM CEMENT CONTENT AS PER IS CODE, INCLUDING CENTERING USING STEEL SCAFFOLDING PIPES, JACK PROPS, STEEL CENTERING PLATES ETC.,, SHUTTERING, VIBRATING, CURING ETC., COMPLETE BUT EXCLUDING SEIGNIORAGE CHARGES, COST OF STEEL AND ITS FABRICATION CHARGES FOR FINISHED ITEM OF WORK.
