Supply and fabrication of steel truss bridge as per detailed drawing attached including supply of all structural steel E-250 confirming IS 226-1969 required for proper completion of the bridge including ground errection of the bridge and one coat of approved quality anticirrosive (red oxide) paint of confirming IS 5660, all T&P, nuts and bolts, washers and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets required as per drawing, required equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job, the rates shall include ground errection in the workshop and its dismentling after inspection, approval and removing defects, match marking of all parts, numbering and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be executed in accordance to IS - 1915. The rates shall include cost of all material, its wastage, cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop riveting, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. including cost of cartage from workshop to Bridge Site including safe stacking of parts.

Fabrication and installation/ commissioning of gates including all carriages upto size of work as per specification: (a) Shutter of size 1.55m x 0.60m. The shutter shall be fabricated with ISMC 100(Thickness=3mm) frame with supporting members, with 3mm plate on one side. (b) Winch rod of 50-55mm dia (double square threaded of required length with sleeve of appropriate dia. (c) Single heavy duty, thrust bearing 2MT capacity winch machine (worm gear and lock type) with brass gun metal bush nut of appropriate dia of standard quality and brand. (d) 150mm rubber seal-PVC IST quality. (e) Casing to winch rod and machine. (f) The whole structure shall rest on superstructure supporeted by ISMB 100 units. (g) Two coats of synthetic paint (water resistant epoxy paint) over coat of red oxide primer. (h) All accessories as required, including nuts and bolts, flats etc. (i) All carriages of all items including fabrication at site complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 1.55m x 0.60m=0.93sqm.

Supplying and laying 160mm dia. Metre PVC Pipes Class-I, capable for a pressure of 2.5 kg/sqm in footpath of ROB for laying cable with all contractor's materials labour, tools, plant, machinery, vehicles, consumables, lead, lift etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in-charge. The rate is all inclusive including launching in position, complete in all respect except cost of (i) Painting / Metalising; (ii) Bearings & (iii) HSFG bolts which shall be paid extra under relevant item. 3. The payment shall be made on the theoretical weight of main components and gusset plates only. 4. Payment Schedule: (i) Receipt of material at site: 40% (ii) Fabrication of girders: 20% (iii) Erection/Launching: 20% (iv) Completion in all respects: 20%
