Canopy in Structural Steel Supply, fabrication, erection and handing over of structural steel fabricated canopy [steel structures tentative weight @ 85 Kg/Sqm] with 0.6mm thick Zincalume/galvalume colour coated steel sheets for roof sheeting as per specification, including 0.6mm thk. cold rolled colour coated steel profile sheet of Trac (150F) Pre-Coated Steel false ceiling system, with powder coated finishes as per manufacturers instruction and specification, facia, flashings, Rain Water Pipe, electrical cable pipe & Gutter, including surface preparation by mechanical cleaning including application of one coat of Zinc phosphate primer of DFT 35 microns at shop, second coat of Zinc phosphate primer of DFT 35 microns at site after erection and two coats of finishing paint of synthetic enamel of DFT 25 microns each per coat at site (Total DFT 120 microns). The work is to be completed in all respect as per technical specification of Canopy, scope of work, detailed construction drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (rectangular plan area shall be considered for measurement) 1. The tentative weight of structural steel shall be 85 kg/m2 (only weight of Steel structures elements excluding sheeting and false ceiling) of canopy area. A variation of +/- 15% of structural steel weight shall be deemed included in the item. Any increase/decrease beyond this limit shall attract payment/deduction @ Rs. 80000/- per Tonne. 2. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as structural steel, purlins, nuts, bolts, washers, screws, seals, wire ropes, roof sheeting, flashing, fitting and fixtures, false ceiling system, gutter, rain water pipes, electrical cable pipe and bends, electrodes, edge colour coated sheets (for signage works), primer, paint and all consumables etc. with all bye works and sundry works complete in all respect. 3. Rate to exclude cost of electrical wiring for under lights and Signage works, supply & fixing of all electrical fixtures/materials, signage works & Civil Foundation.

The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a hight of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pumpset having specifications 5000 GPH x 60 M Head along with allied works at tube well Ganesh Nagar. Shifting of the new submersible pump sets from place of storing to workshop. Fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipple for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS/GI pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer /expander nipple to be fastened with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Coupling of submersible pump-set and testing it in testing pit at workshop and shifting to site of work. Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set extracting of already lowered pump set along with worn out submersible cable and column pipes. Providing and fitting of 16 mm sq. submersible cable 40 Mtrs in length for replacing worn out submersible cable. Making of connections of submersible cable with motor leads and lowering of submersible pump set. Job also includes P/F of 100 Amp Main switch on the wall and Making of all connections with main switch and LT control panel and then testing the pump set. Job also includes electrification of tubewell room by way of Providing / Fitting of LED lights 50 W - 3 nos. to side walls of the pump room building having individual and independent OFF/ON switches arrangement. Job also includes 5 Ton Manual chain pulley and hang on girder with the help of sling. The job includes cost of submersible pump sets, lowering of submersible pump set, submersible cable, materials i.e. tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets, main switch, manual chain pulley and labour charges. 90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly.
