Fabrication of steel structures of M.S angle ,M.S.channel & M.S.Flat including cutting ,drilling and continunous welding joint as per design and drawing.

Supply, fabrication, erection and painting of structural steel comprising MS plates, ISMBs and other rolled sections of various sizes at an unsupported elevation of up to EL+9.00 meters (location as per enclosed drawings), including procurement and conveyance of all structural steel materials, cutting, drilling, edge preparation, grinding, fitting, shop fabrication, hoisting, positioning, alignment, fixing in position and welding/bolting at site with all consumables, painting with 3 coats including surface preparation of steel using power tools to remove rust, scale, oil and grease and painting of structural steel by applying one coat of Protective Mastic primer, one undercoat of glass flake filled epoxy paint and one final coat of aliphatic polyurethane paint to achieve minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 100 microns, 100 microns and 50 microns respectively, in accordance with IS 1477 (Part 2):1971 and manufacturer’s specifications. The rate includes all hire charges of machinery and cost of consumables with all leads and lifts, provision of all safety measures for working at height such as certified scaffolding with guard rails and toe boards, full body harness with double lanyards, independent lifelines, safety nets, safe access arrangements, PPE, barricading, permit-to-work system, fire safety arrangements for hot work and supervision, complying with relevant provisions of Factories Act 1948 India and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete for finished item of work. Strengthening of structure for hoist capacity enhancement shall confirm to approved drawings. Note: 1) The work is to be carried out in confined, congested and inaccessible locations involving restricted working space and limited approach, and the rates shall be deemed to include all associated difficulties in handling, shifting, staging, erection and execution under such conditions without any extra claim 2) All paints including thinner will be issued by the department free of cost 3) Strengthening of structure for Hoist capacity enhancement shall conform to approved drawings

Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 01 no. submersible pump set having specifications 20000 GPH X 110 Mtrs head along with allied works at Tube Well Bua Datti by way of fabrication and fitting of 01 no. U shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump set by providing and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 01 no. expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS pipe threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Job also includes providing and fitting of submersible cable of dia 16 sq. mm and 40 meters in length. Job includes extraction of old sub pump set then lowering of submersible pump set and column pipes one by one by fastening the nuts and bolts and insertion of rubber insertion sheet. Job includes rebate on older parts, Job also include providing and testing of led bulb-15W -2no. inside pump room and flood light-50W outside pump room. Job also include providing of one ceiling fan. Job also include providing and fitting of reflex valve of required dia by replacing damaged reflex valve along with flanges and ensure no leakage on load along with flanges. Job also include complete connection of pump set to the panel. The complete job includes cost of materials i.e. Submersible Pump motor set, cables, thimbles, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labor charges. Job also involves carriage and shifting of pump set and lowering of submersible pump set. Making connections with the panel for testing of submersible pump set on full load at site. Complete job.
