Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification

Fabrication, supply & erection of 4.0 mtr height, minimum 3 mm thick, bottom dia of 130mm & top dia of 70mm base plate of size 225 x 225 x 12 mm thick flange mounted hot dip galvanized octagonal pole made from HT steel plate, window with flash cover with full verticle window cover at appropriate height from the base plate on existing cement concrete pedestal as required. i/c supplying and fixing of 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. GI strips 4 mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes as reqd, terminal block suitable for 25 sq mm conductor – 4 nos. & shorting links on DIN channel i/cpdg and fixing DIN channel of suitable length,, 6 Amp. SPMCB ‘C’ curve characteristics, earth stud, cable support clamp suitable for Upto 4x25 sqmm cable. Logo/Name of manufacturer shall be either embossed or rivited plate on the Pole. Galvanization as per relevant IS code etc as required.

Work of Fixing/Installing Single Pole of the PCC Pole (8.5 meter) installed at the site support with proper alignment & upto depth of one sixth of length of pole with proper fabrication as per RESPO standards. Which includes installation of all accessories like pin/disk insulator, angle channel etc. and decentralized material will be payable by the Contractor/Firm.

Replacement of gasket of OLTC and all of its associated parts like OLTC conservator tank, its neutral bushing and replacement of O ring in OLTC Driving mechanism. The above work inculdes gasket replacement of 02 nos OLTC Chamber top Periphery cover, 05 nos of inspection cover of size 0.762mx0.457m, and 01 no of main connecting cover of size 1.066mx0.812m and any other body part, as required. The work consists of opening of Nuts and Bolts, cleaning the oil and removing the old damaged gasket by scraping and cleaning the surface, fabrication of gasket of appropriate size from cork sheet, joining and punching holes, refitting the newly made gasket and tightening of nuts and bolts ensuring no oil leakage from OLTC / main tank /bushing turret/ buchholz relay by providing & fixing of new gasket as per existing size made rubberized cork sheet Konika/Turboze /NU cork brand grade 07 after due fabrication.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commisioning of LT 3 Phase 4 wire 450 Volts system, factory made water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pilar box of minimum size 1500 mm x 1000 mm x 600 mm (overall) of out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable hinged door and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 700 x 450 x 400 mm .Loop Box Busbar Must be connected with Incomer MCCB with Suitable Size Copper busbar. Danger notice plate with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and shall be fixed on main door. The pannel shall be omplete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade. "U" type gas ket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof to accomodate incommers/outgoing MCCBs. All interconnection between the main bus bar as well as out going feeders shall be carried out with TPN coppe bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual out going feeders and should be insulated with heat shreank cable PVC shleaves and shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulators. The degree of protection of outer shell of the panel shall be IP-65. A detachable pre drilled gland plate should be used at bottom. All control wire shal be with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors and shall be properly brunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and print with adequate size of lugs complete with and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 0.80 m x 0.60 m x 1.05 m depth (45 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level) as in foundation in cement mortar 1:6 and plastering the same in cement mortar 1 : 6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete including necessaqry excavation, earth work and including connecting all incoming and outgoing LT UG cables after drawing/ digging out cable from loops in treanches complete all as specified and as directed along with and including comprising of the following accessories : -
