Fabrication: The panel shall be fabricated out of 14 (Panel body)/16 SWG (Partition) CRCA sheet steel with necessary bracings and shall be of IP 54 construction as per specifications.The panel shall be provided with support stand, if required or shall be suitable for installation on pedestal/by grouting with required MS chanel/frames. Frames required for installation shall be measured and paid as per separate item of the tender. The panel shall be provided with Door Interlocking Facility. The panel Fabrication shall be as per relevant IS. Treatment / Painting / Powder Coating, The metal parts of the panels shall be treated for anti- corrosive treatments. Surface treatment to panel , frame and all steel parts of the panel shall be carried out through Seven tank process/sand blasting process. After Surface treatment, panel shall be powder coated with approved color shed and finish.

Fabrication of steel structures of M.S angle ,M.S.channel & M.S.Flat including cutting ,drilling as per design and drawing.

Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Supplying and fixing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/ Tubular Structure (MS built-up section:- Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 350, Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. With special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections including preparation of detailed fabrication, erection shop drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, including transportation, cutting, wastage, threading, machining, leads and lifts upto all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane shade, the tubular structure system with plate connectors, pinion joints, etc. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade having black phosphate coating. The complete structures to be painted with one coat of red oxide metal prime with zinc chromate conforming generally to is 2074 and two coat of stain resistance premium gloss enamel/ Automotive, paint of approved brand. The MS frame shall be cleaned of dirt/ grim and oil/ grease deposit. The frame shall be sand papered to remove rust. The frame shall be sprayed with red oxide metal prime to finish and will not have any paint brush streaks. After primer putty shall be manually filled at joints and dents if any. It will be wet sand papered to a smooth glossy finish. The ready surface will be painted 2 coats of high gloss Nitrocellulose (NC) Lacquer/ automotive paint, complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC

Fabrication, erection and grouting of the following structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing, depth 0.5 Mtr. below ground level & 0.5 Mtr. from solid soil ground level.(all decentralised material provided by firm )
