Fabrication and Welding of roof Structure (20' x 15' x 12' ) . (a)High skilled 02 head x 02 shift = 4 head

Fabrication/Providing, installation and commissioning of 300 mm dia (bore/passage), flanged MS foot valve, complete with heavy duty weight plate. The flange thickness should not be less than 18 mm. The job shall also include Providing and fitting of heavy duty hinge mechanism which shall operate freely during pumping operation. The job also includes creation of foot valve seat by maintaining highest degree of accuracy during turning process. The job also includes providing and fitting of strainer suitable for 10 cusec discharge. The job also includes providing, fitting and welding of matching MS flange (with suitable thickness) to suction circuit conforming to foot valve flange. The whole assembly of both foot valve and strainer be given a paint of steel primer followed by two coats of blue shaded paint. The job shall also include providing and fitting of required size nuts, bolts, RI cloth, leather washer, Ring Spanner Set of Size (12/13 to 30/32) (01 complete set), Cutting Pliers, 8 inch: (01 No), Screw Driver 8 inch (01 No).
