90.14.1.1:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 2.00mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)

Supplying and erecting metal work in CRCA sheet including Iron work for supports with fabrication of boxes, panel boards, etc. including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, riveting, treated with anti-rust treatment and duly powder coated or painted with one coat of red lead paint and 2 coats of enamel paint complete. Supply of all types of Structural steel conforming to Fe 410 B of IS 2062, Fabrication, assembling, erection / slewing/ end launching of Steel girders ( NOT requiring traffic block) upto 45.7 m span on sub structure incl. provision of trolley refuges, incl. loading, unloading, lift and taxes complete, assembly of girders on drift/ bolts, field riveting/ welding, assembling of temporary support for side slewing, raising of girders to the bed block level, providing sliding arrangements (Material at site, fabrication at site, erection / launching etc only) PLATE GIRDER / Semi Through Girder

Structural steel work: Providing, fabricating structural steel to required profile and I MT shape, transporting, erecting and fixing in position at all levels of steel work Such as staircases of Overhead tanks, UG tanks and Pump rooms and Inspection chamber frames, chequered plate covers, edge angles, Cable Trench, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works structural steel conforming to 'IS 2062 Grade E350 A' including procurement & testing of all raw steel materials, HSFG bolts, nuts (Confirming to IS 3757:1985 (Reaffirmed:2008) &1S 4000:1992 (Code of practice for high strength bolts in steel structures) & washer, fasteners, fabrication, joining, welding (confirming to IS: 816:1969 and IS 9595:1996), threading, sleeves etc., including allowance for all types of wastage, straightening, cutting, bending of section wherever specified, drilling holes, bolting provision of necessary tools, testing etc. complete. The rate shall also be included required surface preparation (Sand Blasting) for application of Zinc Epilux or equivalent primers, and two coats of Poly siloxane paint as per specifications. The rate shall also include supplying and providing of detailed fabrication drawings based on the GFC drawings, required for all permanent and temporary structures and their approval from Engineer, prior to execution. The rate shall also include provision and installation of base plate, anchor bolts (measured in tonnes) etc. all as per relevant drawings, specifications and directions of engineer using standard plate sections, rolled sections, like angles, channels, I sections, T sections, C sections, H sections and Light gauge steel sections confirming to IS:811-1987 (Specification for cold formed light gauge structural steel sections},hollow square/rectangle sections (Confirming to IS:4923-1997 (reaffirmed 2009) Hollow steel sections for structural use-specification), hollow round sections confirming to IS 1161:2014 (Steel tubes for structural purposes -Specification) etc., welded and built with all leads & lift at all levels.
