Providing and fixing of corrosion resistant 2mm thick Type IV retroreflective cautionary, mandatory, informatory sign board with 7 year warranty as per IRC:67, made of high intensity sheeting fixed over ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick (including framing and bracing with fabrication, plotting, pasting, riveting, taping and nut, bolts, washers and rivets etc for fixing), supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing, issued in original by retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer havin operations in India by their indian subsidary. (Clause No. 801 of MORTH) 600 mm equilateral triangle

AIR DISTRIBUTION Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vaney, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (Ducting layout drawing and its design to be got approved by E-in-C before fabrication and erection) 20 G - GSS(1.0MM)

Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. .

"WELDING OF PIPES WITH PIPE / FITTINGS / VALVES : - Receiving and taking over of all free issue materials from company’s designated place of issue, handling including lifting, transpor tation from Owners and / or contractors storage point to work site / workshop as applicable for fabrication or / and to work site fo r field fabrication and erection for all piping items supplied by COMPANY / CONTRACTOR. Fabrication including cutting, edge preparation, inclusive of grinding the edges of pipes, fittings etc. to match with grinding the edges of pipes, fittings etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven / different thickness wherever required fit - up bending, p reheating wherever required, welding etc. pipe fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, weldolets, sockolets, vent and drain point conn ection etc. including providing stub-in connection, fabricated fittings and reinforcement pads etc. as required. Carrying out Non-de structive testing as per specification & instruction of EIC. Note: 1. All materials of sizes below 4"" shall be in contractor's scope. 2. Welding Joints under above SOR item are for Above Ground Piping only (Except Flange). 3. The above SOR item shall be carried out only when instructed by Engineer In charge. 4. These rates shall be applied only when permitted by Engineer In charge. 5. Supply and installation of Assorted pipes of all rating/ thickness types, as required are inclusive under this SOR item, Contract or to quote accordingly. 6. 4"" and above (fittings & flanges etc. ), material supply are in the contractor scope. It shall be be paid separately under Suppl y item provided elsewhere in the SOR on actual quantity basis. 7. Bolts, nuts, washer, U-clamps, gaskets etc. of all sizes required for piping facilities shall be procured and supplied by the con tractor within the rate quoted. These items shall not be separately measured and paid."
