Supply, fabrication, assembling, hoisting/erecting and fixing in position at lopacations, steel girder using structural steel of rolled single /built up sections confirming to 15:2062- Grads E 350 including joist, channel, angles, tee, plates etc. all as per structural drawings and ly, per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship). The item also includes supply, testing of HSFG bolts and compatible nuts and washers. This item also includes all testes fo materials & welded fabricated parts. This item also including necessary equipment fof completing the work including necessary scaffolding /staging, launching, Preparation fabrication shop drawings, necessary templates etc. Profile cutting of components to required lengths/width and shapes/profile, smooth grinding/machining of edges/faces/all welding/bolted joints, Necessary welding (electric are welding) for required wield lengths and sizes, Providing and fixing studs of 25mm dia 325 c/c spacing through the length of span and tested as specified and Barricading of erection site.

Erection of super structure of 132 KV Towers and Anchor Tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including fitting of danger, number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing and punching for 132 KV SC/DC lines alongwith nuts and bolts. The work also includes any fabrication of pieces, if needed,for satisfactory completion of the work giving the tower its required strength. The pieces needed for fabrication will be provided by the department. (DC+5, DC+10).

Necessary dimantling making holes in RCC columns , beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing as directed by the dept.Engineer. The Al. surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns. ( All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer) before fixing in position.
