Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification

VRCC M-20 grade nominal mix (cement :fine aggresate: coarse aggregate) gradin corresponding to table 9 of IS456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggreegate) from approved Quarry including cost and conveyancej of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand)coarse aggregate, water 6 etc, to site and excluding seigniorage charges,sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but including centering shuttering and including overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Fabrication, Supply ,Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor type double door LT FEEDER PANEL with following specifications: CRCA Sheet of 1.6 mm, Grey Color size 700x700x300 mm with 100 A bus bar with suitable space for incomer Cable , 1 no incoming 100 A 4P 30 KA MCCB & outgoing 6 nos 32A 2P/10 KA MCB+ 2 nos 40A, 10KA, 2P MCB C Curve with suitable size bus bar, 1 nos 24 hours running digital timer with 63 Amp 4P contactor, RYB and ON -OFF indicating Lamps -230V with Auto mannual selector switch and mounted on 40X40X6 MM MS angles supports complete (450mm) and panel hight not less than 450 mm from ground level. Drawing should be approved by engineering Incharge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Labour charge for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for the following units: Glazed aluminium sliding windows made of extruded and annodized alloy aluminium sectios, fabrications, including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning of window shutter frame fitted with in built locking arrangements, sliding rollers and other necessary fittings, fixture, adhesives and joineries along with extruded neoprine or EPDM gasketing in between window frame and masonry work (walls, column, beam, lintels etc.) as well as between glass and shutter frame for fixing glass and Polysulphide sealant and in between shutter and window frame where necessary. The rate includes the hire charge of all tools and plants, including all incidental charges, adhesive, joineries such as screw, cleat angle etc. , glass, neoprene / EPDM gasket, locking arrangement and rollers. Louvered window. The rate is inclusive of removal of existing aluminum / MS windows from the wall, store at some designated place & repair all the damages of the wall & disposal of the glass beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fabrication bending/machining and fixing of check rails of all rail sections over PSC Sleepers as per Railway's approved drawings & specifications for level crossings / trolley paths/inspection lines in yards duly cutting rail flanges, wherever required to correct alignment and level, drilling of holes with machine in check rails and fixing to Running rail and sleepers with all Railway's fittings, e.g. rail screws / grip expansion bolts, brackets, packing pieces, bolts, washers etc including grinding of brackets if required, fixing of Railway's wooden blocks at flare ends duly cutting and plaining, crossing of tracks and as directed by the engineer in-charge Note: 1. Drilling of holes in PSC Sleeper and fixing of dowels shall be paid under relevant item. 2. Required P.Way materials will be supplied at SSE/P.Way stores. BHAVNAGAR DIVISION-ENGG/WESTERN RLY
