Material and labour for fabricating and erecting substation fencing using structural steel conforming to Fe-410-O / Fe-310-O grade for posts, cross arms, supports, bracings, stiffeners, clamps, and channels.The fencing shall consist of GI welded wire mesh of 14 gauge (approx. 2 mm dia) with 25 mm x 25 mm (1" x 1") openings, securely fixed to the steel framework using suitable clamps, nuts, bolts, and washers. The fence shall be erected to a height of 1.8 metres (6 feet) above ground level with proper alignment, tension, and rigidity. Including vertical posts to be embedded in Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) including all fabrication activities such as cutting, welding, bending (hot/cold), and drilling holes for bolts, foundation etc complete in required shape and size. All structural members shall be properly erected and aligned as per site conditions including all steel surfaces shall be cleaned and treated with one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of aluminium paint for corrosion protection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid serparately under respective item of BOQ.

Providing and fixing of stainles board (CND) Comprising of stainless steel of 22 gauge supported frame work of 2 round pipe of 202 grade with stainless steel rivert and itching/writing in black colour. The frame is to be fixed in cement concrete block of ratio 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 course aggregate) of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.40 including fabrication and transportation complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing silo type upwell and downwell units (without mesh) of specified dimensions and quantities (Downwell Height 25 Width 40 Qty 480; Upwell Height 25 Width 40 Qty 150) , complete with fabrication, transportation, erection and accessories.

(50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be barricaded & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 3Mtr. x 1.2Mtr. Structural design should be approved by E.I.C.

It Flashing rate Shall not be less than 1Hz. Its Should be Able to Give the Prescribed Performance in the temperrature range of -40'C to 55"C. Its Life shall be not less than 3 Years. The rate shall include all materials, labour, Equipment, Fabrication, Transpotation, Erection, Installation and incidents all Complete as per Direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
