Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of horizontal centrifugal pumping set, single/multi-stage, suitable for continuous duty, having discharge capacity of minimum 1980 LPM against a total head of 120 metres (15% to ±10%), complete with base mounted arrangement, CI/cast steel casing, dynamically balanced bronze/stainless steel impeller(s), stainless steel shafi, suitable for connection to suitable size suction and delivery pipelines, suitable for indoor installation. The pump shall conform to relevant IS standards such as IS: 1520, IS:5120 and IS:9137, and shall be suitable for efficient and reliable operation without overloading at any point on the performance curve. The pumping set shall be complete with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of adequate rating, 3-phase, 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, conforming to IE3 efficiency class as per IS: 12615, with Class F insulation (temperature rise limited to Class B)/Class H insulation, and IP55 or better degree of protection, suitable for continuous (S1) duty. The motor shall be directly coupled to the pump through a flexible coupling complete with coupling guard, mounted on a common fabricated steel base frame with suitable anti-vibration pads. The set shall include all standard accessories such as mechanical seal, bearings, foundation bolts, and all necessary fittings and accessories required for proper installation and operation, Grouting, levelling and alignment of the pumping set shall be carried out as required complete in all respects as specified and directed.

M&L for MS props erecting for temporary supports to the structural members like beams, slabs etc. to relieve the load on the members during breaking of damaged concrete, removal guniting, excavation or any dismantling work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- These supports shall be provided either in the form of props or trestles fabricated using structural steel as per the site requirements.
