Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns,etc., excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)-Mixing by mechanical means

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S. Angle of size (50 mm x 50 mmx6mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 3.0/4.0 TR ceiling concealed AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 2Mtr. x 1Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

BUILDING WORKS (F) STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS, GRILLS, GATES ETC A. M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. III) For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m. a) MS Flat plate (660mm x 1050mm x 6mm x 6 nos.) = 196kg = 0.196MT. b) ISA (60mm x 60mm x 6mm) x 25 mtr. = 135kg = 0.135MT. Total = 0.196MT + 0.135MT = 0.331MT
