M.V.W SPRAY SYSTEM FOR AMBIENT AIR HEATING SHED Supply, shifting to site, laying, threading, welding, fitting, jointing, fabrication, erection, testing, painting and commissioning of MVW spray system, complete with Deluge Valve (Vertical), Nozzles, Detectors, GI pipes, pipe fittings, Valves, Strainers, flanges, nuts & bolts, clampings, structural supports as per technical specifcation/codal requirment, MVW Spray to give desired spray density. Activities Included in Unit Rate: 1) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Deluge valve (Vertical), MVW Spray Nozzles, Detectors, GI Pipes, Pipe fittings, Gate valves, Butterfly Valves, Basket type Strainer, Pressure relief valve, Ball valve, Non return valve along with pressure gauge in inlet and outlet of strainer (range shall be 0-25Kg/cm2, 150mm dial), flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, sockolet, weldolets, consumables and paints as per technical specifcation requirement. 2) Transportaion, Unloading & shifting to site and storage. 3) Pre-fabrication, handling, cutting, edge preparation, ending, threading, tack welding and final welding as per technical specifcation requirement.. 4) Installation, alignment, field welding, field tightening as per technical specifcation requirement. 5) Supply, fabrication, erection of supports inclusive of U clamps, nut, bolt and special supports from truss/portal/Purlin members of sheds. 6) Supply and installation of spray, UL approved make complete with necessary fittings, teflon tape etc. 7) Hydro-testing as per technical specification requirement.. 8) Flushing and system leak test as per technical specifcation requirement. 9) Painting as per technical specifcation requirement. 10) Tag numbering of spray. All spray shall be provided with 2" circular identification metalic. Spray No. shall be written on tag by paint. 11) Submission of the residual engineering for the firefighting system — including fabrication layouts, equipment datasheets and general arrangement (GA) drawings, along with all related documentation — in full compliance with the requirements of the technical specifications, shall be within the supplier’s scope. The spray shall be properly clamped and bolted as per codes and standard. Pipes and other accessories like Hanger Supports and clamps etc. are to be painted as per the painting specification.
