Fabrication of 08 nos blasting shelters of design as per the drawing enclosed with this NIT (as annexure XIV) by providing all the requisite materials and workmanship. Each blasting shelter shall be of size 6 feet length x 6 feet width x 8 feet height. Weight of each shelter shall be around 4330 Kg considering of following materials of rough weight MS Sheet 3.15 mm: 1800 Kg approx MS Channel : 1300 Kg approx MS Angle: 1200 Kg J hook, nut bolts, washers: 30Kg approx with Paints, fale ceiling, cushion seats, bulb, fans, insulation interior interior with wooden finishing etc. Channels shall be provided at the base of the shelters for structureal rigidity and pulling/drawing hooks shall be provided to enable easy shifting of the shelter by pulling. At-least 2 hooks shall be provided on the top of the shelter, so that the shelter can be lifted for transportation. The lifting hooks shall be connected to the base with structural membrances of suitable strength. Transportation of the blasting shelter to mine permises as per instruction of engineer in-charge. Supply of all the materials required for fabrication of the shelters like MS sheets, angles, square pipes, channels, plates, hooks, nut bolts, paints, welding electrodes, industrial gas etc. is in the scope of work and shall be provided by the contractor .
