Starter complete repairing (Condenser, MCB, Switch, Fuse etc.)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m (with help Minimum 01 JCB & 35 Labour deployed daily)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils

SCOPE OF WORK : (i) Inspecting the plant/system and carry out preventive maintenance as per standard practice four times in a year or as required. (ii) Checking the refrigeration system, motor and starters and ensuring healthy condition of the plant . (iii) Checking the system for any for leakage and rectification of leakage by holding nitrogen gas for 24 hrs into the closed system complete. (iv) Checking the system Attending to any number of breakdown calls during normal working hours on working days (v) Quarterly inspection of belts adjusting the tension. (vi) Checking the microprocessor controler for its proper functioning with all sensors. (vii) Periodic report shall be submitted to department on each visit of the OEM at site. (vii) Checking the refrigerantion system,motors, starters and ensuring healthy condition of plant (ix) Checking the functioning of compressor and its accessories (x) Lubricating the bearings of motors,fans when found necessary. Note: 1. Service Maintenance of above make central chilled type AC plants installed at the given location to be carried out from authorised service engineer from OEM. On quatertly basis or whenever called by GE/Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M during break down. The contractor shall submit the license/agreement obtained form the service provider of OEM at the time. 2. The inspection and servicing shall be carried out by OEM only. Contractor has to submit necessary AMC documents to Engineer-in-charge with in 15 days of accetance of tender. 3. The rates quoted shall also include the attending of emergency breakdowns in AC plants. If such breakdowns are not attended in time. The following compensation shall be leived from the contractors dues:- (a) Attending breakdown with in 48 hours - Rs Nil. (b) Attending breakdown with in 3 to 7 days - Rs 5000.00 per breakdown (c) Attending breakdown after 7 days - Rs 10000.00 per breakdown (d) Spares parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items based on their consumption on ground.

Repairing and installation of exisiting defective street light with replacement of drivers, retifier, LED plate etc. complete as required at site.
