COMPREHENSIVE AMC FOR UPS - PHBPLPARADIP

Goods and Service Tax (GST): Bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of Goods and Service Tax (GST) and all other taxes and duties as applicable (along with rates of all related levies viz. Surcharges, Cess, etc.) on the scheduled date of submission of Price Bids/ revised Price Bids (if any) and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard. In case, the quoted information related to various taxes and duties subsequently proves wrong, incorrect or misleading:- a) ONGC will have no liability to reimburse the difference in the duty/tax, if the finally assessed amount is on the higher side. b) ONGC will have the right to recover the difference in case the rate of duty/tax finally assessed is on the lower side.
