Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Annual Maintenance of Sub Yard Rasoolpur (For the Year 2026-27)

Compressive Repair ,Maintenance and servicing of following mentioned Diesel Generator Sets including connected Alternator and carrying out routine 'B' check of the engine complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note :- (i) Control switches such as MCCB, Main switch, contactors, multi display meter and engine control unit shall be out of scope of the item of work and the rate quoted shall exlusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings. (ii) 'B' check shall be carried out once in every six months or 500 hours of running of DG Set whichever is earlier. Servicing of DG Set alonwith connected Alternator and Panel Board of the Engine shall also be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenance period and he shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG Set for a period of contract from the date of service and shall also attend all the maintenance works as and when required in that period except in case of Major repairs. (iii) Spare parts, engine oil and radiator coolant oil required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iv) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.Servicing will be done as per manufacturer instructions.
