Comprehensive Maintenance of Madhavdas Laximidas kothari Pyaav, M.G.road near Petrol Pump, opp. Metro Cinema, A ward for 3 yrs : 1. Underground water tank- periodic cleaning, for storage of potable drinking water is required in manner directed by Engineer-In-Charge : Once in a month 2. Cleaning of Water filter parts and Pump, including periodic servicing when required : Once in a three month 3. Cleaning of pipes on Water Spouts of all pyaavs with proper material as advised by the consultant and engineer-in-charge : Once in a month 4. Cleaning of the Lamp post with light fitting : Once in a month 5. Cleaning of the Stone surface of the Pyaavs- mist cleaning all stone surfaces to take off bird droppings, stains, algae, vegetation growth, etc. If necessary, Appropriate measures to be take along with mist cleaning which would include chemical cleaning. : Once in Three months 6. Cleaning of the Stone flooring in the pyaav premises- scrubbing and cleaning with soap and water to be undertaken of all stone surfaces to take off bird droppings, stains etc. : Once in Three months 7. For Gutter and grating, thorough cleaning is to be done to get rid of dry leaves, rubbish and clogging : Once in Three months 8. In-case of vandalism or unforeseen damages done to the water purifier and sterilizer and its fittings, repair and replacement must be undertaken whenever required : As required 9. Repair and replacement of the light fittings, whenever required to maintain in functional state : As required 10. Repair and replacement of the plumbing fixtures, whenever required : As required 11. Security Guard shall be appointed at site with arrangement of chair, tables, storage, dress code as approved by BMC, including their transportation, amenities as per Workmen's compensation act etc, Complete. Security personnel to manage security of the premises, raising alarm in case of breakdown of system / infrastructure, facilitate dispensing water to the pedestrians, operation of pumps and systems : 24 x 7 for month
