6. Cleaning of the Stone flooring in the pyaav premises- scrubbing and cleaning with soap and water to be undertaken of all stone surfaces to take off bird droppings, stains etc. : Once in Three months
7. Repair and replacement of the light fittings, whenever required to maintain in functional state : As required

9.
