Non-Comprehensive bi-ennial Maintenance Contract for Vacuum Hot Hydraulic press-50 T capacity at Boron Carbide Pelletisation Plant of HWPM as per attached scope of work.

Attending complaints related to Plumbing/Water S & F in repair and obtaining completion from user including minor repair of taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts, PVC connection and making water S & F in repair functional in case of blockage redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of un-functional PVC flushing cistern WHB , repair/replacement of face mohra etc Note : Replacement of minor items like Sockets, Unions, Elbow,Tee, Clamps,Teflon tapes, Solutions,M Seal etc simliar items are included in this rate Other major items listed in this BOQ will be paid separately as S & F in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (a) Establishment of complaint cell:- (i) Complaints cells will be established at AGE B/R -II Office (As per locations given by Engineer-in Charge/GE). The numbers of complaints cells in the ibid contract will be One only. (ii) Contractors will deploy manpower/tradesman with requisite tool & plant for smooth functioning of complaint cell under subject work. The details per complaint cell is as given below :- (aa) Data Entry Operator - 01 complaint cell. (ab) Supervisor - As required for management of all the complaint cell under subject tender in consultation with GE/Engr-in charge. (ad) Tradesmen & Helpers - As required for management of all the complaint cell under subject tender in consultation with GE/Engr-in-Charge and will be present in all complaints cells. The numbers of the tradesman shall be adequate to address all the complaints on daily basis. (ae) The Data Entry Operators and Supervisors will be deployed from 9AM to 5 PM on all complaint cell to manage the complaints cell.
