Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 01 Nos. of 2000 KVA capacity of DG Set installed at Abhinandan Officers' Rest House Tilak Bridge, New Delhi comprising of Diesel Engine, Alternator, Battery & AMF/Control Panel installed. 1. The work included all type of breakdown and 3 schedule maintenance including replacement of defective materials. 2. As far as possible all maintenance and repair shall be done at site. 3.All the materials/spares shall be of OEM. 4. Replacement of fuel filter and engine oil at every service as per maintenance guide line issued by manufacturer. 5. B-check of each Engine is required to be carried out after every 300 Hrs. / 06 months working of DG sets & as per explanatory note.

Providing services for operation and comprehensive maintenance of one 80 KLD ETP to upkeep the system in perfect working condition to maintain effluent quality as per applicable PCB standard required repairing/ replacement of defective parts, Quarterly sampling from NABL Approved laboratory etc. Scope of work shall include operation of effluent treatment plant, any repair of pump set, replacement of parts, rewinding of motor, repair/replacement of valves, repair/replacement of starters, MCCB etc. for pump and motor set rectification of leakage in the pipe line, welding, repair/replacement of starter with Chemicals And consumables. The required -Checking of (i) PH Value (ii) COD (iii) BOD (iv) TSS (v) TDS, together with all chemicals required for conducting various tests, maintaining necessary registers. All chemicals required for operation of the Plants shall be provided by Agency. Removing grit/waste from plant and transporting to designated area.
