COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT CAMC OF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FOR ONE YEAR INSTALLED AT GOVT. SMGS HOSPITAL JAMMU.
Scope of Work The CAMC shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV cameras (IP/Analog/PTZ/Dome/Bullet) • Maintenance of NVR/DVR, HDDs, switches, racks, power supplies, monitors • Checking and replacement of faulty components • Configuration, firmware updates, and system optimization • Cleaning, focusing, and alignment of cameras • Cable checking (LAN/Fiber/Power) and connector replacements • 24×7 system uptime support (as per SLA) • Monthly/Quarterly preventive maintenance visits • On-call breakdown support Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Maximum response time: 24 hours • Maximum resolution time: 48 hours • Minimum Visit in year: 24 nos. • Penalty clause applicable for delay or non-performance • Replacement of faulty equipment during CAMC period (as per terms) Exclusions • Physical damage due to theft, fire, flood or natural calamities
