2 Scope of Work The CAMC shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV cameras (IP/Analog/PTZ/Dome/Bullet) • Maintenance of NVR/DVR, HDDs, switches, racks, power supplies, monitors • Checking and replacement of faulty components • Configuration, firmware updates, and system optimization • Cleaning, focusing, and alignment of cameras • Cable checking (LAN/Fiber/Power) and connector replacements • 24×7 system uptime support (as per SLA) • Monthly/Quarterly preventive maintenance visits • On-call breakdown support Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Maximum response time: 24 hours • Maximum resolution time: 48 hours • Minimum Visit in year: 24 nos. • Penalty clause applicable for delay or non-performance • Replacement of faulty equipment during CAMC period (as per terms) Exclusions • Physical damage due to theft, fire, flood or natural calamities 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
